- Peregrine
- 42 species of birds, plus I put in the green hairstreak as a record. quite a good number but could be up to 50 with luck. Bet we see the missing things next Tuesday.
- publishing delayed, because my PDA had problems and I have taken a it to extract the figures.

Bird Count on 29th December 2011

- 32 species is quite good for December
- plenty of Woodcocks around, and we were cautious in our numbers
- Ravens gave a good showing
- Lesser Black-backed Gull is uncommon sighting
- a stonechat ( and maybe more) was still present
