Notes

Description:- Keith, Mike m and Martin - very foggy, not good for bird watching - 35 odd species, with many missing - spectacular views of a pair of crossbills, male on top of tree, watching female gathering nesting material. This was a small 12ft tree just by the path near Jilly's house. We could not have been closer, and we were there for ages. - lots of dunnocks, maybe they felt safer in the fog - woodcock - stock dove near the beeches as normal - lots of fieldfares and redwing on the ol1 fields - more than normal number of blackbirds along the top - plenty of woodlarks Martin
