Activities:
- looked the ponies
- did bracken along the road, up the M1 and back along beeches avenue
- did the final bits of the road widening
- cut more birch in ol1 and almost finished track across the bog beneath the dam
- made two birch twig bundles and hung upside down under the big Oak tree, for drying before making some besoms.
- some log cutting
- checked some nest boxes in ol2
Observations:
- very threatening weather, with thunderstorms.
- hot and misty
- discussed Aurora going
